Chevron Corporation Digital Marketing Specialist in Bangkok, Thailand
This position is responsible for Thailand activation of Digital Marketing campaigns. Will team with the regional IF&L Digital Specialists and Customer Experience teams to lead our transition to be Data and Insights Driven and leverage targeted, digital automated Marketing. Ensure marketing effectiveness through deployment of central tools & benchmarks.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Digital marketing strategy, planning & implementation
Envisions, develops and executes digital campaigns to support Thailand brands and initiatives
Develops and manages online media strategies & channels (paid/ owned/ earned) to grow digital presence and effectiveness
Develops and manages performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness
Generates insights and improvements through use of analytic
Supports demand generation efforts and delivers leads from various sources (site marketing, search engine marketing, and purchased lists)
Supports content generation and marketing campaigns through developing network of partner content & collaboration (e.g. bloggers, news portals, brands)
Monitors and explores use of emerging digital technologies
Digital assets and marketing technology platforms (i.e. websites, social media, mobile, and marketing
automation)
Leads design and development work for all regional digital assets and technology platforms - CaltexGO. Provide consult and support to local sales, marketing and distributor initiatives
Designs, builds and executes marketing campaigns & support in AEM (site maintenance, microsites), SFMC (e-mail, nurture, lead scoring), and any other social media/ mobile platforms
Provides first line system & program support on AEM and SFM
Works with local sales/ marketing teams and agencies to translate marketing requirements into functional digital campaigns, for example within SFMC and Salesforce.com systems
Works closely with operations team (including vendors) to define and implement new functionality and product offerings
Routinely audits user practices to ensure compliance
Supports management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and curating/ producing content for these platforms
Marketing communications, content development and PR initiatives
Supports sales and marketing team in marketing communication initiatives, including trade and industry events sponsorships/ participation, digital marketing, customer communications, media relations and PR, thought leadership, and support for seminars and events, etc
Supports content development for online/ offline/ mobile campaigns, events/ seminars, articles and thought leadership initiatives
Supports sponsorship, PR and media partnership projects including follow up with internal and external stakeholder
Supports internal & customer communication efforts with current/ emerging medium (e.g. Salesforce Chatter, internal eDMs, mobile apps, printed publications, townhall, etc)
Ensures compliance of all creative/ marketing materials according to the Chevron brand guidelines and process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in Digital Marketing
