Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Execute the plan, organize, and implement IT projects by applying project management methodology and agile development practices, processes, and tools

  • Leverage the appropriate level of rigor to ensure quality results in project planning, control and deployment

  • Review frame, scope, alternatives, resource plan to meet requirements

  • Facilitate the development of business cases and gathering business requirements

  • Analyze, determine and implement appropriate IT solutions to enable effectiveness and efficiency of business requirements

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Provide leadership of the project team. This includes making day-to-day decisions on the project and ensuring that high quality decisions are made by the project team

  • Complete a business case which includes total cost of ownership of the service provided

  • Participate in RFP/RFI process

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or higher)

  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, influence, and lead project team

  • Good communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations

  • Ability to work and make decisions under pressure

  • 5-10 years working experience in IT project management and software development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working experience in agile software development is a plus
