Chevron Corporation Lead Analysis Assistant, Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Key contact for ensuring flawless execution and continued profitability of 3rd Party buy & sell arrangement and include actively engaging internal and external customers to clarify expectations and requirements (Focus in LPG, Asphalt , Special Product grades or other assigned)
Perform Purchase Agreement from Refiners and other 3Ps for LPG, Asphalt and special product grades
Be accountable for Purchase & Sell Agreement Contract Creation & Maintenance in SAP include Price Confirmation, Reconciliation
Set up and close out sales and purchase transaction in SAP
Perform Transfer Price administration and update
Provide support for analyzing P&L Performance of the Bulk Sales and Fuel Supply Buckets
Provide analytical support on matters related to optimization initiatives
Track transactional credit & Price confirmation with Refiners and Marketers
Assist Value Chain Optimization(VCO) Team in other initiatives
VCO Compliance Documentation, Prepare necessary documents & reports with regards to relevant compliance.
- Monitor biofuels performance and perform Government reports and other related government matter (Optional)
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in either Value Chain Optimization, Logistics & Supply Chain .
Business & Commercial acumen is preferable.
Understanding in SAP
Be reliable with confidentiality focus is a must
Good communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, listening, writing and reading) with minimum 550 TOEIC score
Good computer literacy (e.g. M icrosoft s. Words, Excel and Power point).
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Good administration, coordination and collaboration with others at all levels
Analytical and negotiation skills
