Chevron Thailand Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Lubricants Sales Representative l ocated in Bangkok, Thailand through 20 September 2024.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lubricants Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Lubricants Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality lubricant products to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' activities.

  • Present and promote our lubricant products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer retention.

Territory Management:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends, customer profiles, and potential growth areas.

  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective product delivery.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates, using the company's CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and stay competitive.

    Job Qualifications: Knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in lubricants sales or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.

    Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.

    International Considerations: Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
