Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Set up and perform validation for periodical planned maintenance for gas/condensate/oil metering systems and equipment to maintain the highest accuracy, and ensure compliance to the GSPA/GSAs, Petroleum Acts and related standards
Work as a technical consultant (Help Desk) for offshore operation to maintain the day to day operation and problem-solving in respect to gas/condensate/oil metering and measurement matters
Work as a project manager or project team to improve the gas/condensate/oil metering systems, and support new development field/project in BU to design the metering package, FAT and SAT and provide necessary technical data as requested
Establish and conduct an internal audit program of gas/condensate/oil metering and measurement procedues and equipment, and external audit program of the third party calibration facilities to ensure that all are well maintained and ensure compliance to the GSPA/GSAs, Petroleum Acts and related standards
Technical knowledge and skills in gas metering and measurement systems/equipment. Daniel Flow computer and Daniel GC experiences are benefit
Technical knowledge and skills in condensate/oil metering and measurement system/equipment. Daniel Flow computer, Danpac Control system, and Pipe prover experiences are benefit
Familiar with related standards for both gas and liquid metering; API, AGA, ASTM, etc
Demonstrates good communications; listening and speaking both Thailand and English
Demonstrates self confidence by NOT quickly becoming defensive when openly criticized
Communicates openly and honestly (Trustworthiness)
Abilities to work with external and internal customers; i.e. PTT, DMF, Asset Engineers and Offshore personnel
Min 1-3 years in oil/gas plus field experiences
Good interpersonal skills and computer skills
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
