Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Execute OE/HES activities including but not limited to verifying work permits, ensure safe work practices are followed, use of MOC processes, loss and near loss incident reporting, and emergency response

  • Perform tank truck loading, marine and truck receipt, pipeline transfer, additive handling, inventory measurement and documentation, and warehouse operations as applicable

  • Assist Lead Operator in daily monitor works and activities of contractors, drivers and third parties to ensure compliances with work scope and procedure

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Lead Operator and Terminal Manager

  • Execute planned routine maintenance activities but not limited to general maintenance including valves, pipe and equipment

  • Assist customers, internal or external, when required

  • Provide quality services consistent with customer facing culture

  • Actively participate in safety meetings, stand downs, loss prevention system observations (LPOs) and job safety analyses (JSAs)

  • Participate in all scheduled training and utilizes learned skills in the fulfilment of day to day activities


  • At least high vocational degree preferably in mechanical or electrical graduation. Higher degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in terminal operations. Background in mechanical / electrical technician/engineering is preferrable.

  • High accountability in compliances and integrity

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to communicate in both English and Thai (writing, speaking, reading and listening)

  • Ability to work in shifts (e.g. day, night and any) as assigned

  • Ability to relocate in other areas outside Bangkok

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
