Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Retail Learning & Development Associate, International Fuels & Lubricants located in Bangkok, Thailand through Oct 25 , 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Deliver training solutions to build skills for retailer personnel, Marketers etc. within country.
Engage stakeholders with modifications to existing material, sharing implementing best practices & information of training course evaluations.
Provides Retail management team with regular training schedule & performance updates.
Implement company training programs to support all Retail classes of trade & align with the Retail business plan objectives,
Deployment of new initiatives & programs to Retailers & partners, including national promotions, loyalty programs, incentive program, etc.
Collaborate with Retail Districts or other business unit initiatives to ensure effectivity of L&D programs & deployment of new initiatives.
Conduct site visits to assess training needs, implement training sessions & evaluate success, assess implementation of new programs deployed.
Review, develop, localize global or regional training programs & materials for in country application.
At least 2 years of experience in training
Digital skills in developing training material (Video/Bulletin/brochure)
Good communication skills in both Thai and English with TOEIC score of 700 and above
H ave driver license and can work on field 1-2 weeks in Chevron station network around Thailand
Experience in retail business is advantageous
