Chevron Corporation HR Intern in Beijing, China
Chevron China is seeking application for interns who share our culture of inclusion, collaboration, and performance. You will have substantial responsibilities and extensive experience including but not limited to the following:
Fully support China internship program project
Act as talent acquisition coordinator to facilitate hiring process for experienced hirings.
Support China employer branding project
Support employee engagement activities and company culture promotion
Learning opportunities will include:
Project management skills from on-job real experience
Full experience in talent acquisition process in multi-national company
Knowledge of HR full modules and service delivery model
Global intern learning, engagement and network resources
Get to know Chevron business in China and global
We expect you to be:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Team player with good communication skills
Creative thinking
Work Location: Shanghai/Beijing
We are looking for interns who have a drive for learning, is resourceful and a self-starter. Someone who has a keen eye for details, strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you perform well in the team. We will provide the support you need to be successful in your internship.
