Chevron Corporation Administrative Assistant in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Provides administrative or office support to nonexecutive employees, departments or functions.

Chevron Argentina is accepting online candidates for the Administrative Assistant role.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Execute assisting Managerial Level

  • Teamworking with other assistants for supporting everyday needs, corporate visitors, events, meetings, etc.

  • Management and Handling VIP events (caterings, international and domestic logistics)

  • Agenda management

  • Handle managerial expense report.

  • Support on different department team events.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of assistant knowledge in an executive level.

  • 5 years’ experience in oil companies and/or Corporative/Multinational Companies.

  • Demonstrable experience working in a pool of assistants/teamworking with other assistants.

  • English level FCE or superior written and oral.

  • Proficiency in Word- Excel-Power point and Microsoft tools.

  • Flexibility to adapt to business needs.

  • Adapt to work in corporative environment and the processes involved.

  • Good communication skills.

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
