Chevron Corporation Salesforce Administrator in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position for Salesforce Administrator

This role will work closely with the Corp Affairs platform to help support the Stakeholder Management System on the Salesforce technology . The role will be responsible for day-to-day support, configuration and maintenance of the system and partner with the product management team to develop and deploy minor enhancements. This role will require engagement with end users and business stakeholders to hel p ensure successful usage of the Stakeholder Management system.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • M anages case/ticket backlog for Level 1 & 2 Support for Stakeholder Management Syst em, including user access, minor field/object changes, reports/dashboards, etc.

  • Provides support for minor enhancements, including new objects and fields, flows and approval processes, and other new capabilities

  • Partner with release manager to deploy changes using Chevron’s DevOps process

  • Maintain the security and integrity of the system by regularly reviewing Salesforce releases and implementing security requirements based on Chevron’s information and risk management requirements

  • P artners with Product Line Manager, Product Owners, program managers and customer s to ensure solutions align to an overall Product Line strategy

    Required Qualifications:

  • English Advance

  • 1 + years' experience working with the Salesforce platform

  • Experience supporting custom applications built in Salesforce

  • Experience with Agile teams and delivery

  • Experience working across multiple time zones

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
