Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Service Associate, Pricing through November 29th 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (ART).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes customer problems situations related to invalid entry of master data, pricing master data or billing information to determine a resolution.

  • Continuously seeks ways to streamline admin requirements of customers in support of improving process efficiency where appropriate.

  • Improves continual learning building of expertise on SAP billing and pricing processes.

  • Partners with Lubricants Business Support Team Customer Sales Associates in support of the order to cash processes and ensure ease for customer that includes special handling requests.

  • Called on to assist in customer integrations, quality improvement teams, and other projects that require billing and pricing knowledge.

  • Act as a Critical Processor.

  • Resource person for both billing and pricing processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder or student

  • Good in oral and written English communication with analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Keen to details

  • Can multi-task and work independently

  • Must be a good team player

  • Experience working in Shared Service Centers or related/similar.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration

  • SAP

  • Salesforce

  • Microsoft Office

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.
