The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Team Lead, Talent Acquisition . Successful candidates will join the Human Resources Shared Services Center, which is initiating operations in Buenos Aires in 2019. The Human Resources Shared Services Center will be part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 500 employees, that delivers business services and solutions across the globe since 2006.

Key Job Responsibilities

•Provides overall leadership for the Staffing Team including performance management, organizational capability, coaching, etc.

•Translates enterprise and business strategies into talent acquisition business plans and set clear priorities for the organization.

•Executes the annual Talent Acquisition strategy and supporting execution plans (distilling high-level strategy into projects and activities for the team).

•Implements initiatives focused on improving the overall candidate experience, as well as enhanced employment branding for all customers handled by HRSS BA.

•Partners closely with external sourcing agencies for overall Talent Acquisition plans, programs, and tools to be used.

•Partners with other to design, implement, and track measurement / feedback systems that evaluate the regional Talent Acquisition processes, programs, channels, and enabling tools.

•Performs due diligence for new business initiatives to determine the impact on Talent Acquisition and required plans, programs, processes, and tools to support the successful implementation of the effort.

Required experience and qualifications

•Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.

•+10 years of experience in HR specializing in Staffing and Talent Acquisition. Seasoned recruiter with in depth understanding of talent acquisition processes and programs. Regional or global experience is preferred.

•Strong analytical skills.

•Experience in working with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now

•Must be highly proficient in English.

•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

•Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

•Teamwork and customer service skills.
