The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Team Lead, Total Remuneration . Successful candidates will join the Human Resources Shared Services Center, which is initiating operations in Buenos Aires in 2019. The Human Resources Shared Services Center will be part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 500 employees, that delivers business services and solutions across the globe since 2006.

Key Job Responsibilities

•Ensures the efficient administration of the job evaluation and market survey process; partners closely with the vendor/s who will perform this activity with its customer base; provides consultative support to clients in areas of processes, timelines and critical success factors.

•Partners with the business to determine market surveys to be performed on an annual basis.

•Provides guidance and governance on the job profile process. Partners with the business and TR Center of Expertise (COE) to ensure global consistency.

•Educates managers and employees on HR policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools

•Manages a team of TR Specialists, providing overall leadership for the team including performance management, organizational capability, coaching, etc.

•Translates metrics-based analysis into recommendations and future process / operations improvement initiatives.

•Reviews TR processes and identifies improvement areas.

Required experience and qualifications

•Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.

•+10 years of experience in HR specializing in Total Remuneration, Compensation and Benefits. Previous supervisory experience is required.

•Strong background in market data analysis, compensation program design and development. Global experience is preferred.

•Strong analytical skills.

•Experience in working with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now

•Must be highly proficient in English.

•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

•Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment

•Teamwork and customer service skills.
