Chevron Corporation Filling Operator in Cairo, Egypt

Assets / infrastructure that deal with receipt and processing of hydrocarbons beyond primarily oil, gas, water separation and/or chemical manufacturing / blending / mixing, e.g. TCO, ABU, EGTL, ALNG, El Segundo, Richmond, Pascagoula, MCBU, CPP, Oronite, Malongo Terminal, Escravos Gas Plant, Sanha LPG, etc. (*includes gas / power plants).

  • Supervise Filling and Packaging process of Lubricants and coolants.

  • Lead Filling operators collaboratively with all facility department in the plant to satisfy production needs.

  • Coordinate with Production Supervisor and production Scheduler for production Priorities and maintain smooth transition between products.

  • Coordinate with Lab, Blending and warehouse to ensure the availability of Finished Products, and Empty Packages.

  • Observe machine operations of several types’ small packs, Drums, IBC’s and Bulks to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards

  • Supervise Adjusting machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product

  • Supervise flushing, rinsing of Filling Machines and line to prevent cross contamination

  • Clean, oil, and make minor adjustments or repairs to machinery and equipment, such as opening valves or setting guides.

  • Supervise Removing finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.

  • Work Collaboratively with Filling Quality operators to ensure identification labels of finished packaged items, and packaging Integrity are meeting the standard

  • Supervise Stacking finished packaged items and pack the items in cartons or containers.

  • Transfer products to the final dispatching area, keeping them organized to aid in dispatching crew’s job

  • Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of your shift.

  • Safely use powered material handling equipment such as forklifts, Stacker to lift and transfer materials from one place to another.
