Chevron Corporation Lead Customer Service Representative in Caltex Tianjin Lubricants Plant, China

Interacts with clients to provide support with billing requests, information requests, suggestions, and complaints.
Maintain and build relationships with sales team and other related functions by providing Customer order management, inventory confirmation, product distribution control in a specific period, customer delivery lanes maintenance, sales order delivery arrangement, customer complaint handling, monthly OTIF report generation, MTD sales report basic data provision, sample order processing, empty packaging application and processing, market collusion inquiry, annual customer satisfaction survey, communication channel between supply chain and sales, provide supply chain and product information for new business bidding, provide product and logistics consulting to customers, regular update and strict implementation of SLA and other related services.

Education background: Batchelor’s degree or above
