Chevron Corporation IT Off-Cycle - EMED - Agile Program Manager (FL 6-7, PSG 22-23, 1 Position) in Herzliya, Israel

Partners across program level structures necessary to achieve priority objectives, enable business capabilities and achieve digital strategies.

Partners with leaders and stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Responds to evolving business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement

in systems, processes, and/or results the hardware and software infrastructure and services.

While focusing on EMED Operations and HSE organizations

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain business partner relationships with platforms and customers to ensure business objectives are being met.

  • Collaborate with BU Digital Manager, business and platform stakeholders to develop business unit strategy roadmaps that connect initiatives to platforms.

  • Represent prioritized business unit IT initiatives to platform stakeholders and CTC IT initiatives to business stakeholders.

  • Provide broad technical and business knowledge to platforms relating to business unit value stream.

  • Support backlog prioritization and PI planning to provide business unit context to platforms as required.

  • Coordinate the prioritization process for all IT initiatives supporting EMED Operations and HSE organizations, utilize PI planning to drive the delivery.

  • Leverage business unit and platform priorities to provide work direction for co- located cross platform/product line teams as required.

  • Provide the daily directions to the co-located resources supporting operations and HSE.

  • Work closely with relevant sub-chapter heads to support the growth and development of co-located resources in EMED.

  • Partner with platforms and co-located teams to provide support for organizational change initiatives that require alignment and coordination with the business units.

  • Act as an escalation point to address business unit risks and barriers and support platform resolution of operational issues.

  • Champion Agile and Lean portfolio management processes and practices.

  • Partner with BU Digital Manager and IT Advisor to support business unit change management, including stakeholder communications.

  • Act as BU Digital Manager delegate if needed and provide other support as required.

This role is not eligible for expatriate assignment.

This role requires high level national security clearance by the state of Israel.
