Chevron Corporation Midstream Analyst-1 in Herzliya, Israel

Advertise and market Chevron's products through activities such as brand management and developing campaigns and channel strategies.

· Responsible for allocating quantities of natural gas to export customers on a daily basis.

· Nominate all contractual data on a timely basis to the applicable customer or pipeline operator/transportation companies (midstream).

· Communicate between gas suppliers, pipelines operator and export customers to ensure that contractual nomination data is coordinated throughout the delivery chain.

· Coordinates for implementation of the contractually required customer processes and obligations. Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual invoice, volume management and reconciliation processes of the midstream contracts.

· Work with gas marketing personnel to validate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual data.

· Optimizing sales to export customers while aligning with relevant internal and external stakeholders during routine gas day and during unplanned events.

· Tracks the movement of all physical gas sales to export customers and maintains spreadsheets and EC screens showing the contractual movements of gas.

· Works with suppliers, export customers and pipeline operators to monitor and minimize imbalances.

· Develops and cultivates favorable relationships with export customers and pipeline operators.

· Notify internal and external stakeholders of any pipelines maintenances and utilize other pipelines in order to optimize gas delivery during the maintenance periods.

· Backup to Gas Controllers manager.


  • Bachelor’s degree. Significant related industry work experience may be substituted.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the natural gas industry is preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet development (Excel/Access)

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Basic understanding of oil and gas exploration and production business-preferred

  • Demonstrate work ethic, teamwork, leadership, and professional achievement

  • Able to work in shifts at the Chevron office. (5 days a week – each shift 8 hrs Fr/Sat – on call) – will be reviewed and approved by HR

Working Conditions

Normal Office Environment (Hybrid).
