Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Fuels & Lubricants Sales Manager located in Hong Kong.
Full bottom-line accountability for Business-to-Business segment, including Retail Service Station Card Sales, Commercial & Industrial Fuels in Hong Kong, and Lubricants business in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Lead a sales team of 10+ employees in 3 sales channels, and responsible for team growth and development, through coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to ensure high performance outcomes.
Drive sustainable results in alignment with regional strategic objective on volume (Gasoline, Diesel and Lubricants), margin, customer profitability, selling prices & expenses.
Lead the development and implementation of channel sales and customer segment strategy to achieve overall business targets.
Build effective relationship with key external stakeholders, including customers, distributors and business partners to grow and secure sales channels.
Spearhead business and account planning process. Derive appropriate action plans to optimize key account management.
Closely monitor market trends and develop business recommendations / solutions to grow or defend market share.
Proactively engage and participate in local/regional events in support of cross-functional collaboration, best practices sharing and knowledge exchange.
Senior corporate executive demonstrating high degree of integrity.
15+ years’ sales, marketing or distributor management experience in petroleum, chemicals, automotive or related industries; of which 5+ years in managerial / supervisory role in MNC.
Proven track record of spear-heading sales revenue in a competitive B2B environment.
Strong sense of entrepreneurship, market insights and practical experience in handling market dynamics and managing business cycles.
Solid financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and articulate complex subject matters; strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and motivational skills.
Self-motivated team builder, capable to effectively handle multi-task levels of responsibilities and high stress environment.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
University degree or above.
Local resident based in Hong Kong.
