Chevron Corporation Administrative Assistant in Houston, Texas

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position for Houston and San Ramon Location through 01/26/2021 at 11:59p.m.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting system access requests and managing SharePoint structure, files, document retention, etc.

  • Responsible for developing and analyzing dashboards and other reports as required

  • Providing and documenting solutions related to process workflows utilizing available digital tools

  • Coordinating General Manager’s calendar

  • Main point of contact for office-related requests such as office moves, small repairs and other miscellaneous needs

  • Managing department’s purchasing card and responsible for the procurement of selected office equipment, payment of professional association fees, cell phone accounts, among others

  • Providing general administrative support such as meeting scheduling and coordination, catering requests, event coordination, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 3+ years of prior experience in office support

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office software such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Forms, Power BI, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • A proactive approach to problem solving

  • Holds excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Relocation Options:
