Chevron Corporation Senior Talent Management Advisor in Houston, Texas

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Senior Talent Management Advisor Located at Houston, TX or San Ramon, CA   through 12/03/2021 at 11:59 p.m. CST 

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Support the design, rollout, and maintenance of enterprise talent and career management programs, processes, and solutions.

  • Passionate about the development of the workforce via solid understanding of current and emerging career / talent development practices and provide guidance to customers on execution of career and talent processes.

  • Engage with global stakeholders and customers to understand needs and integrate needs into enterprise standards and solutions.

  • Drives the employee experience through innovative career development design and solutions across leadership levels and business segments.

  • Design requirements for talent process improvement and liase with HRIT on Workday/ system improvements and changes required.

  • Support development of system, reporting and process requirements for talent processes.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and customers in refresh and change of talent processes while supporting continuous improvement to drive improved customer and stakeholder engagement and feedback to meet requirements of diverse audiences.

  • Support the integration of the enterprise competency framework into talent processes.

  • Address competency questions and liaise with the stakeholders across the enterprise to support processes and recommendations.

  • Attend process owner meetings and liase with HRSS to integrate and operationalize talent management processes

  • Support development of career collateral for various audiences in the enterprise.

  • Engage with stakeholders and customers to determine needs and identify solutions.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years Talent Management experience in one or multiple areas (career management, leadership development, competencies, potential, talent review, performance management)

  • Innovative and creative in designing new solutions, actively researches and keeps current on external trends.

  • Strong communicator who independently facilitates and drives engagement and initiatives with teams, stakeholders, and customers to drive solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation and works collaboratively within and across teams to meet goals

  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise talent programs that span multiple stakeholders and diverse requirements.

  • Previous experience working with Human Capital Management Systems in the design and implementation of talent functionality.

  • Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.
