Key Job Responsibilities
Administration and vendor management of UK employment benefits (such as private medical insurance, AD&D, childcare vouchers, discount scheme, defined benefit/contribution plans as well as share plans and other similar arrangements). Ensures compliance.
Provide support to Pensions Manager and Benefits Design Team as needed.
Expected to have approximately Three years professional experience administering and/or designing employment benefit plans.
Ability to analyze complex issues and use laws, policy, practices, and data to develop and communicate a recommendation in a clear and concise manner, demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical ability and ability to model calculations. Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Proactive, strong communications (written and verbal) & PowerPoint skills required.
Ability to diplomatically manage difficult situations and confidential escalations.
Strong organization/project management skills. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and unexpected deadlines. Supplier/vendor relationship management experience (contracts, performance guarantees, action plans, process improvements).
Preferred/ Desired Qualification
- Degree or Certification in related field
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
