Promotes and sells Chevron's Card Products.
Chevron is accepting online applications for Card Sales Specialist position located in Makati, Philippines through September 26, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (MNL Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
30% - Expands potential market for StarCard and acquire new fleet card accounts to increase retail fuels customer base through direct solicitation.
5% - Prepares credit applications and financial analysis for new customers and being able to monitor the credit line of current customers.
25% - Visits fleet card customers regularly to maintain and build relationships with customers. Explores customer needs to provide the best product and fleet management services.
10% - Ensures services to channel partners are superior and complaints are attended to timely.
5% - Develop & execute business plan objectives Monitor & analyze customer performance & provide solutions to meet sales & collection target.
15% - Responsible for receivable and billing reconciliation management and ensure timely collections. Works closely with Credit team to ensure that account credit performance and fiscal metrics are kept within targets.
10% - Collaborate with other business units i.e. Customer Service Centre, Card Operation, Retail Operation & Finance to ensure seamless service to customers.
Required Qualification:
Applicants should have a 4 year undergraduate course.
Should have good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Can Drive and able to travel anywhere in the Philippines.
Can start immediately upon notification.
Selection Criteria:
Result Driven and can work with minimal supervision.
Does not find difficulty in communicating to different people.
Can easily adapt to different apps, MS functions, and other computer-based software.
