Chevron Corporation Associate Total Rewards Analyst in Makati City, Philippines

Chevron is accepting online applications for the Associate Total Rewards Analyst position through May 07, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

The role provides counsel regarding employees' total remuneration package to ensure that the total package is competitive. This include developing and analyzing salary and benefits programs.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the compensation-related activities and processes of a country or multiple countries in close coordination with Total Remuneration (TR) Center of Expertise (CoE) and in-country HR/TR:

  • Position evaluation

  • Job profile and position creation/maintenance

  • Compensation and benefits survey analysis

  • Salary program development and proposal

  • Allowances and payments management

  • Service date updates

  • Serve as subject matter expert and next point of escalation for the above compensation-related activities and processes

  • Provide job and compensation architecture guidance to HR Shared Services and its customers

  • Work on compensation-related projects/initiatives identified in the team’s business plan

  • Liaise and network with TR practitioners/counterparts across industries for benchmarking purposes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources or related field

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years Human Resources experience, specializing in total remuneration or compensation and benefits administration

  • Strong background in position evaluations, market data analysis, and salary planning

  • Regional/Global TR experience and/or HRSS experience is a plus

  • Experience with Workday is an advantage

  • Advanced analytical skills

  • Must be highly proficient in Excel

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
