Chevron Corporation Compensation and Benefits Administration Representative - Direct Hire Contractor in Makati City, Philippines

Chevron is accepting online applications for the Compensation and Benefits Administration Representative - Direct Hire Contractor position through June 16, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Administer and provide guidance on benefit programs based on policies and agreed processes

  • Handle company and government benefits processing which includes enrollment, update and amendment, cancellation and claims processing

  • Monitor contract expiry for contractors

  • Handle the preparation of compensation-related documents, oversee Personnel File Management and generate various reports such as Roster, Headcount, Payroll, Staff movements, etc.

  • Prepare HR letters which includes certificate of employment and guarantee letters

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience on compensation and benefits

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Experience in data validation and reconciliation

  • Open to work on night shift schedule and 1 year contract
