Chevron is accepting online applications for the Compensation and Benefits Administration Representative - Direct Hire Contractor position through June 16, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Administer and provide guidance on benefit programs based on policies and agreed processes
Handle company and government benefits processing which includes enrollment, update and amendment, cancellation and claims processing
Monitor contract expiry for contractors
Handle the preparation of compensation-related documents, oversee Personnel File Management and generate various reports such as Roster, Headcount, Payroll, Staff movements, etc.
Prepare HR letters which includes certificate of employment and guarantee letters
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
At least 1-2 years’ experience on compensation and benefits
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience in data validation and reconciliation
Open to work on night shift schedule and 1 year contract
