Chevron is accepting online applications for the Customer Sales Associate position through June 21, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide North America Direct Customers with practical business solutions through experience, networking and effective problem-solving techniques.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while executing work in the areas of account set up and maintenance, customer facing order-to-cash digital platforms, purchasing reconciliations, resolving billing disputes, case activity management.

• Act as first point of contact for transitioning customers to the appropriate solution providers.

• Act as a resource to Lubricants Business Consultants responsible for the profit and loss of accounts and will be relied on to provide business process knowledge and partner with the Credit and Tax teams, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course

  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience

  • Excellent command of English language for both oral and written communication

  • Attention to details

  • With analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Can multi-task and can work independently

  • With good attendance record

  • Open to be assigned to night shift and to work on a shifting schedule, if needed

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • With experience in SAP

    Relocation Options:

    Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

    International Considerations:

    Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
