Operates and monitors company plants and facilities, typically Upstream facilities after primary separation and processing (such as gas and co-gen plants) and Downstream & Chemical refineries and plants. Monitors process variables, troubleshoots, and performs interventions to maintain operating performance.

Manages group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives. Direct reports are typically M1 managers or professional level employees.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the overall Supply Chain, Logistics, Terminalling , Production, Distribution & OE activities in the Philippines and Thailand cluster for Fuels & Lubricants.

• Accountable for delivery of competitive business performance including working capital, OPEX & CAPEX objectives.

• In charge for safe operations through OEMS Execution for all functions & role model visible leadership behaviors in OE & Compliance.

• Manages all HSE, Product Integrity, Engineering & Process Safety related activities within the cluster.

• Leads & is responsible for the execution of Int'l ISC strategies & development & execution of business plans aligned with IP.

• Delivers lowest cost & highest asset reliability & optimization consistent with the IP strategies & agreed service levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or operations related field.

• More than 15 years of relevant work experience with proven strong leadership skills and excellence in safe and reliable operations.

• Superior stakeholders’ engagement

• Lead, inspire and motivate diverse workforce to deliver maximum results.

• Innovative and data-driven decision maker.
