High Level Job Description/Scope:
This position will be part of ERP scrum team within the Digital Platform - SD/MM SAP function capabilities to provide support and develop enhancements. This position supports the software development lifecycle for software solutions, with primary focus on maintaining vendor software and optimizing evergreen support through configuration, automation, and integration. Applies in-depth knowledge of business domain to develop and enhance business workflows. Builds and supports low code solutions. Manages and automates application testing suites. Participates in moving software from test to production status under software engineering principles.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Performing trouble-shooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues
Working closely with Business Partners to gather business requirements
Analyzing and understanding system capabilities
Configuring the SAP software to meet business needs or resolve issues
Develop technical expertise to be able to perform SAP ABAP code analysis and low code development, provide support on SAP Security, continuous integration and automation
Working with developers to design, code and implement custom or complex solutions
Devising, executing, and analyzing system tests to verify solutions’ effectiveness
Overseeing the deployment of those solutions to the production environments
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business, Finance and Accounting
2 - 3 years of SAP application operations support and/or project implementation experience
Experience in ERP code development and other programming language
Good foundation in ITSM and Agile processes and tools a plus
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent customer focus and results-orientation
Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural IT support model environment
