Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Support to Projects & Planning team:
Responsible for the development of internal HR communication as the point person for employee movement announcements and other related communications
Collect, create, and release content as the primary back-up and mailbox manager for HRSS - Manila Communications
Serve as primary owner of the HRSS Manila TV bulletin board, MSSC HR Newsletter, and What’s Up HR (HRSS Manila Newsletter)
Support to HRSS Manila:
Tapped to provide valuable inputs and assistance to the execution of HRSS Manila initiatives under HR Business Partner and Org Capability team
Dedicated resource for HRSS Manila projects under various groups such as Staffing, Global Mobility, and HR Administration
Attend key learning sessions and training opportunities that are aligned with school course and current responsibilities
Participate in company-wide events, diversity and inclusion activities within HRSS Manila and MSSC
College/university students graduating in 2018, 2019, 2020, who are required to render at least 3 months of internship as part of the school curriculum
Students with proof of good moral conduct and/or endorsement from college/university
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Displayed planning and organization skills
Proactive and collaborative
With keen attention to detail
Has genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
Students pursuing a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any business related course
Demonstrated leadership skills and achievements in co-curricular activities
Relocation will not be considered.
