Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Support to MSSC Organizational Capability Team

  • Assist in the development and implemention of L&D packages based on training needs assessment.

  • Assist in the evaluation of the training design, content and method of delivery.

  • Assist and or coordinate external vendor sourcing

  • Manage the Organizational Capability sites and ensure they are updated.

  • Create dynamic data visualizations and reports

  • Attend key learning sessions and training opportunities that are aligned with school course and current responsibilities

  • Participate in company-wide events, diversity and inclusion activities within HRSS Manila and MSSC

Special Projects

  • Attends to other projects as maybe assigned by the Organizational Capability Team Lead

Job Qualifications

  • College/university students graduating in 2019, 2020, who are required to render at least 3 months of internship as part of the school curriculum

  • Students with proof of good moral conduct and/or endorsement from college/university

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Displayed planning and organization skills

  • Proactive and collaborative

  • With keen attention to detail

  • Has genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR and L&D

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.
