Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Project and Planning Analyst located in Makati City, Philippines through January 18, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Lead and coordinate the execution of various projects and initiatives of Global Mobility (GM).
Participate in GM technology projects and manages key process standardization initiatives.
Independently use data to make recommendations for OC needs, process improvements and coordination.
Provide data and analytical information to support deployment of talent management processes.
Support budget and business planning activities, metrics & workforce reporting.
Collaborate with GM teams to gather information to develop reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of OC projects and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Business or related field
At least 5 years of work related experience
Demonstrated skills in business planning, execution and metrics reporting
Experience in framing, developing and implementing project plans
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Strong analytical skills and mindset, attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-tasks
Ability to identify and analyze trends, draw conclusions/observations and recommend solutions
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
Knowledge and experience of Lean Sigma is desirable
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
