Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Quality and Training Specialist located in Makati City, Philippines through February 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Lead the development of HRSS’ QA program including the development and ongoing monitoring and analysis of performance standards.
Develop the strategy for QA reporting, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics and scorecards.
Lead all data and performance reporting, metrics analysis and leverages data to identify and recommend improvements.
Implement, interpret and maintain QA standards including call monitoring, HR customer correspondence evaluation and provision of feedback to HRSS supervisors.
Partner with different HRSS teams to monitor performance against metrics.
Leverage performance metrics data to identify new training requirements and partner with operations teams to develop, refresh and deliver training.
Identify training needs and link recommendations to measurable objectives.
Measure and analyze effectiveness of training activities. Modify training content as needed.
Lead annual FTE analysis and manpower analysis for HRSS.
Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Strong background in using QA tools and systems, and handling QA processes
Demonstrated strong ability to identify training needs and conduct training
With experience in project management
Can work across all levels of management to build relationships
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge and experience of Lean Sigma is strongly preferred
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
