Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Relocation Specialist located in Makati City, Philippines through April 30, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide policy consultation on relocation procedural questions and resolve complex issues and escalations.

  • Review employee specific situations and discuss business case with respective expatriate specialist, business HRBPs and managers.

  • Manage day to day relocation service provider relationships including required SOX invoice audits.

  • Consult with business, HR, Global Mobility Operations and COE and employee on US domestic relocation, worldwide household goods shipments and US destination services.

  • Prepare ad hoc metrics reporting and analytics. Collaborate with supplier to obtain necessary data for requestor.

  • Perform relocation expense reviews and relocation cost estimates.

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in comparison to contract service level agreements and cost projections.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in HR, Business or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with strong background in customer support

  • Experienced relocation or global mobility practitioner with in-depth understanding of relocation policies and procedures. Global experience is preferred

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and provide solutions

  • Can quickly build relationships to ensure collaboration with expatriates, management, HR partners and vendors

  • Ability to design, implement or roll-out initiatives or processes requiring collaboration and leveraging resources across organizations and numerous stakeholders

  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Excel, including data analysis tools

Relocation Options:

  • Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

    International Considerations:

  • Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
