Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Team Lead, Total Renumeration located in Makati City, Philippines through January 18, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Ensure the efficient administration of the job evaluation and market survey process; partner closely with the vendor/s who will perform this activity with its customer base; provide consultative support to clients in areas of processes, timelines and critical success factors.
Partner with the business to determine market surveys to be performed on an annual basis.
Provide guidance and governance on the job profile process. Partner with the business and TR COE to ensure global consistency.
Educate managers and employees on HR policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools
Manages a team of TR Specialists, providing overall leadership for the team including performance management, organizational capability, coaching, etc.
Translate metrics-based analysis into recommendations and future process / operations improvement initiatives.
Review TR processes and identifies improvement areas.
Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 10 to 15 years Human Resources experience, specializing in total remuneration or compensation and benefits administration
At least 5 years of leadership experience
Strong background in market data analysis, compensation program design and development.
Advanced analytical skills
Must be highly proficient in Excel
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
Experience with Workday is an advantage
Regional and/or global TR experience is a plus
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
