about the role

Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Term Schedulers to join the Operations team. Reporting to the Planning Coordinator, this permanent role will be based in Perth with occasional site travel as required.

We seek Mid-Term Schedulers who will be responsible for producing a resource-levelled 90 days to 28 days Maintenance Schedule. The mid-termschedule provides a focused perspective of the maintenance work scheduled for the Asset and the resources required to execute that work.

Additionally, the Mid-Term Schedulers will:

  • Engage with and manage vendors

  • Work order management from short-term to mid-term schedules.

  • Raise corrections (add, change, or delete) to incorrect CMMS master data.

  • Raise date deviations for at risk integrity critical work order management

  • Engage with all key stakeholders - Projects, engineering, planning, maintenance, and operations teams

  • Facilitate committed work schedule sign-off meetings with operations

about you

We encourage applications from motivated and talented individuals with oil and gas industry experience.

To be considered suitable applicants must have:

  • Trade, engineering background and/or proven experience in similar role

  • Experience in CMMS such as JDE, SAP, Maximo or similar

  • Computer fluency using other various scheduling tools such as P6, Viziya, Prometheus or similar
