Chevron Corporation Customer Service Representative in Pulau Indah, Malaysia

Chevron Malaysia Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Customer Service Representative located in Pulau Indah, Selangor through December 7, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • General: Customers’ queries and complaints handling via phone, email and/or fax for lubricants ordering, and lubricants promotional programs and also be the person in-charged of invoices processing for Lubricants business unit.

  • Lubricants ordering: Serves as the primary point of contact for customers on orders and delivery status. Liaises with respective Business Consultants or Business Support team for updates or changes in lubricants orders/ pricing.

  • Invoices management: Processes day-to-day invoices from Chevron inter-companies and vendors. To liase with Finance Shared Services in Philippines on invoices transactional activities (e.g., transaction details, variances, disputes, and adjustments) and billing statements. To ensure invoices are processed on time without delay.

  • Responsible for domestic order arrangement to customers (West and East Malaysia).

  • Contributes to business improvement processes.

  • Works in a team for the overall customer service center’s readiness to offering more value- added services to customers, both internally and externally

  • Other work task(s) which may be assigned accordingly to business requirements

    Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma preferably in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing/ Hospitality or related courses.

  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferable specializing in Customer Service or Call Centre.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

    Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
