Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Employee Sentiment & Insights Senior Analyst located in San Ramon, CA or Houston, TX through March 4th, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time).
This role will be a key contributor to the Workforce Analytics team. This role will be responsible for the delivery of insights to business and HR community through employee feedback and listening.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Management, design, implementation and analyses of employee surveys.
Partnership with Business and HR stakeholders throughout the survey process.
Delivering insights to the Business, sharing key insights with HR, and assisting with framing/implications of survey results
Management of vendor relationships as required
6+ years of relevant work experience in the design, management, implementation and analysis of employee surveys and employee survey data; program management; organizational research design; using statistical analysis tools (e.g., R); integrating disparate data from multiple systems and tools.
Inquisitive, research-oriented mindset with skills in hypothesis testing and advanced analytics
Skilled in developing presentations using data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights, implications and recommendations from analytics and research
Skilled in translating implications of research findings for a general business audience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Customer orientation with consultative skills - identifying needs and defining solutions
Self-directed with ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Passionate about the subject matter to be evangelist/champion
Attention to detail
MA or Ph.D. (Industrial Organizational/Psychology or related disciplines)
Experience with qualitative research
Relocation will be considered.
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
