Performs laboratory experiments and tests utilizing instructions and/or standard methodology; interprets results and conducts analyses in support of product and process research and development.

• Be responsible for quality control of products, including to the testing and quality decision on the raw materials, semi-finished products, filling products. And conduct testing on the some import products and service samples.

• Provide advice to operation team for quality control issues, including resolving anomalies and deviations while on duty during shift productions and non-routine assignments such as bulk tanker receiving.

• Issue of Certificate of Quality to production/warehouse for product release and to Sales team/customers to meet their requirements.

• Be responsible for the management of the data and other documents in order to meet the requirements of ISO quality management system.

• Assist to the daily maintenance of laboratory equipment and chemical management.

• Report and investigate NLI& LI happened in responsible area, not limited to quality related incidents

• 负责产品生产过程的质量控制。包括:原材料、半成品、灌装产品等物料的检测和质量判定,以及进口成品和服务样品的检测工作。

• 向操作团队提供有关质量控制问题的建议,包括解决轮班生产和非常规任务(例如散装油轮接收)期间执勤时的异常和偏差。

• 向生产/仓库发布产品质量证书,并向销售团队/客户颁发满足其要求的质量证书。

• 负责检验数据等文件的管理以符合ISO质量管理系统的要求

• 协助实验室设备的日常维护以及化学品的日常管理

• 报告并调查责任区发生的NLI&LI,不限于与质量有关的事件。

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or chemical analysis.

• 1-3 years working experience. Work experience in lab is preferred.

• Good spoken and written English skills are preferred.

• Skilled use of computer and a variety of common office software.

• Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 quality management system.

• 本科及以上相关学历,化学或化学分析等相关专业

• 1-3年工作经验;有实验室工作经历优先考虑

• 有良好的英语口语,以及阅读写作技能者优先

• 熟练使用计算机和各种常用的办公软件
