Chevron Corporation Implementation Specialist in Tianjin, China
Responsible for leading the operationalizing product, packaging and distribution changes and the procurement sourcing strategy implementation.
Involved with building implementation details with facilities and ensures effective implementation plan for execution is followed.
Coordinate internally with Marketing, Procurement, and other functions to ensure the strategy implementation a success. Coordinate externally with suppliers to ensure smooth transition for materials and services delivery.
Responsible for 3rd party plant management ensuring supply of coolants, lubricants, fuel additives within SLAs for new products launch.
Execute transition plan for new products/ change/ sunset to take well monitor on old materials inventory and shorten cycle time for new products introduction. Also, by effective assessment and communication with stakeholders, minimize write-off and setup more reasonable MOQ of materials and first batch production and purchasing.
