Chevron Corporation Associate Business Consultant, Indirect FL - Ecommerce in United States

Sales to eCommerce and O2O platforms. To grow Techron and MOTOR oil business by digital commercial way

Responsible for e-commerce KA retail for JD, TMALL, Tuhu, Metro, Costco and (other designated platforms), work with internal functional groups and third-party providers to support the achievement of monthly sales objectives in conjunction develops comprehensive execution plans for the annual business plan. Work with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance/Credit, Legal, Marketing) on promotional activities during 6.18, 11.11 etc. Handle end-customer issues and complaints and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Grow Sales, Develop TCP Business and Retail Channel partners

  • Responsible for sales and business development for the Techron Concentrate Plus (TCP) product line in the “new retail” space (e.g. JD, Tuhu, TMALL, TIKTOK, WeChat store, KA chain stores, 4S service centers, and membership stores)

  • Work with internal functional groups/stakeholders and third-party providers to support the achievement of monthly sales objectives and Business Plan (BP) targets. Develop comprehensive execution plans to deliver monthly sales targets aligned to BP objectives. Handle end-customer issues and complaints and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

  • Work closely with the area sales managers and their teams to identify and develop emerging and potential opportunities that could increase overall TCP business with channel partners

Operational Support

  • Provide operational support to eCommerce team as required especially during major promotional events such as 6.18, 11.11, 12.12 etc.

  • Build reliable FCST to supply chain team according to customer's requirement

  • Work with supply chain team/Lopal to plan TCP SKU volume and coordinate customer's logistics service to ensure deliver in time

  • Work with credit team to identify customer's finance condition and proactively solve the issue of payment back & pass due challenge

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in university, local or foreign experience• 3+ years eCommerce sales experience in platform retail, like JD TMALL etc.• 3+ years experience in developing and executing sales plans in a retail/online environment• 3+ years experience working cross-functionally• At least 1+ year experience in retail supply chain and customer reconciliationKnowledge:• Good knowledge of e-commerce sales and marketing and data analytics• Detailed knowledge of usability and monitoring techniques on TMALL• Detailed knowledge of e-commerce business models and aftermarket industry trends including channels, customers, promotion and product• Basic understanding in supply chain and finance Core Skills:• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.• Ability to successfully work with eCommerce partners to realize sales targets• Ability to effectively communicate across the organization• Must be motivated, highly organized, flexible and results oriented• Ability to leverage cross-functional support to ensure e-commerce & O2O principles are implemented• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives
