Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Decision Analyst through January 27th, 202 at 11:59 p.m. (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
This is a great opportunity to join the Strategy & Business Performance Team in Argentina as a Decision Analyst, to evaluate opportunities and optimize our assets as we execute an exciting growth plan in Argentina.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Economic & fiscal modeling to support strategic portfolio analysis and business/strategic planning activities.
Opportunity & alternatives assessment and documentation (Decision Support Packages, GO-36, management presentations etc) for Chevron's investments in Argentina.
Developing and maintaining Decision Analysis models for financial forecasting and economic evaluation of large, medium and small capital investment projects.
Asset/Well/Project performance monitoring & analysis.
Lead key strategic projects and initiatives, including basin level, country level, or industry level evaluations, and may support Chevron corporate business development team on strategic opportunity evaluations.
Conduct and participate Decision Analysis Model Peer reviews.
Understanding of key financial metrics including DPI, NPV, ROR, earnings, cash flow
Experience with economic modeling
Demonstrated leadership behaviors with emphasis on indirect influencing ability, strong relationship building, One-Team mindset, listening and customer-focus
Experience supporting and/or developing business/strategic plans.
Decision Analysis/economic modeling experience in Upstream oil & gas business (eg. exploration, appraisal, development, major capital projects, and/or acquisitions/divestitures).
Fluency and experience with the Agile approach to decision making and experience working in iterative teams is a plus.
Relocation may be considered.
