Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Ops Tech through March 31st, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
This role will provide technical and analytical support in the area of operations management and execution. Provides knowledge and expertise in maintenance managements systems and planning tools (CMMS, IMPACT) to ensure compliance, prioritization of criticality, scheduling and tracking of all maintenance work activity.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Planning and execution support of maintenance work for brownfield construction, pipeline and facilities, and damage prevention
Well-rounded in understanding data mining and analysis such as cost planning and reconciliation
Administrator level ownership of multiple data systems such as SiteView, Infor EAM, PCMS, Stature, reporting systems, and data systems
Providing LOE support for cost tracking
Support job creation, data quality review and support, and regulatory data
Utilizing Power BI or Excel to collate job status tracking information
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver`s license with a history of safe driving practices.
2+ years of applicable experience
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Vision, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to take on new projects or tasks that would directly impact Production under general supervision
Independently complete projects by gathering, organizing and summarizing information and preparing documents from general instructions
Must be a team player and willing to help others
Maintains effective networks throughout Chevron and outside organizations
Professional behaviors, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and adapt to changing needs when priorities shift.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work cooperatively with and at all levels and adapt readily to the needs of diverse work group
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Analytical ability to independently solve problems and make sound decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and multi-task with limited supervision
Ability to utilize Chevron's core enabling software platforms, such as EAM, Visions, Access, Power BI, SAP.
Education in Information Technology or Database Management.

Important Information:
The anticipated pay scale grade for this position is [13 - 14] and the anticipated salary range for this position is $52,600 – $94,400.
