Chevron Corporation Team Leader Site Operations in United States
This function directs and coordinates the site operations team which encompasses Assets & Maintenance, Facility Management, Project Planning and Execution and Operational Excellence (HSE)
Responsible for the staffing, supervision, and development of employees
Oversee OE plan for the site consistent with Chevron and local guidelines
Accountable for internal OE audits and compliance
Accountable for infrastructure of the site
Supervise Assets & Maintenance Team
Responsible for contract management
Develop long-term maintenance and capital investment plans, manage, resource and execute projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor annual Capital and Operational Expense budgets
Initiate and lead site related strategic initiatives to ready the site for a low carbon future
Keep COTN Managing Director informed of all significant developments related to the facility
Chair of COTN Site Operational Leadership Team, member of Chevron Oronite Technology b.v. Management Team and Crisis Management Team
University or HBO degree in mechanical engineering or project management
Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
Experience in capital stewardship and project management
Creativity, Innovation and Agile mindset
Knowledge of maintenance and maintenance management systems
Ability to operate independently at this standalone facility and muster resources from other sites
Vision, leadership and engineering execution expertise
Ability to develop new team capabilities to execute complex Capital Investment projects
Good communication skills and oral and written command of the Dutch and English language
Ability to Align and Inspire, Build Relationships, Grow Capabilities and Deliver Results.
