As the Stakeholder Management Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate with internal Government Affairs representatives and lobbyists for Think Tank and Business Membership engagements and strategic focus.

  • Draft, develop, and track Washington D.C. executive stakeholder engagement plans.

  • Coordinate Chevron executive participation in events with Washington D.C. based strategic partners.

  • Partner with Corporate Affairs organization on Washington D.C. reputation and positioning strategy

  • Serve as primary contact on enterprise project work, including enterprise risk management system.

    Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in Government Affairs or related field

  • Ability to proactively develop and support strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Must be able to collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal, analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Proven effective and efficient management with travel expense and lobbying reports, knowledge of political landscape, event planning, scheduling, logistics and budgeting.

  • Ability to be detail oriented, a creative thinker and problem solver.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Established regional stakeholder network
