As the Stakeholder Management Project Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate with internal Government Affairs representatives and lobbyists for Think Tank and Business Membership engagements and strategic focus.
Draft, develop, and track Washington D.C. executive stakeholder engagement plans.
Coordinate Chevron executive participation in events with Washington D.C. based strategic partners.
Partner with Corporate Affairs organization on Washington D.C. reputation and positioning strategy
Serve as primary contact on enterprise project work, including enterprise risk management system.
3 – 5+ years of experience in Government Affairs or related field
Ability to proactively develop and support strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Must be able to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated strong written, verbal, analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Proven effective and efficient management with travel expense and lobbying reports, knowledge of political landscape, event planning, scheduling, logistics and budgeting.
Ability to be detail oriented, a creative thinker and problem solver.
Established regional stakeholder network
Relocation will not be considered.
